Acting as client consultant, we share our knowledge and experiences to advice the client on the feasibility of the their projects, and help them decide on the most appropriate brief, strategy and execution for their projects.

We provide a fully engineering solution for all the projects we design, we believe in turnkey deign solution. We have dedicated international partners that help us engineering
our projects, and are familiar with our work flow and design philosophy. At Cipher we fully coordinate all the engineering inputs ourselves and we act as project manager to make sure that all aspects of design are covered.
