It’s one of the few detached buildings in the exciting heart of Chiado, Lisbon. The building has nice genuine historical features, although real challenges to meet today’s modern living Standards. Cipher Architects employed to upgrade and renovate the building into modern apartments and expanding the penthouse.

As a design and Build project, the apartments were designed to expand the rooms, creating more spacious living spaces and bedrooms, opening the kitchen as a main feature of the house, and upgrading the bedrooms to suite with full amenities.

This project was designed in our office in Beirut, and managed and constructed by Hala Cipher LDA in Lisbon.
