Designed to impress, this project was designed to be a master piece. The architects has this ambition in their mind from the initial sketch. The architectural volumes were designed to simulate boxes floating over the calm see, slightly hovering over each other with, and being attached with an invisible gravitational powers.

The architectural planning took into consideration the optimum arrangement of rooms so that the whole buildings have a sea viewing arrangement. The building is approached through a diagonal axis which introduce the visitor to the overall design and layout the time you approach the building, the vertical circulation is an integral part of the design and designed to be a major feature to the building.
